Yoga 365: Videokurse – eine halbe Stunde Yoga für jeden Tag.
Live Morgen Yoga-Routine, bei der wir online von Montag bis Samstag gemeinsam praktizieren.

Video-Yogaklassen, die thematisch strukturiert sind und eine Beschreibung enthalten, in der du Erklärungen für jedes Asana im Yoga-Alphabet findest.
Zugriff auf alle Online-Klassen. WhatsApp-Kommunikation für persönliche Unterstützung auf deinem Yoga-Weg.
Einmal wöchentlich Präsenzunterricht im Studio in Starnberg.
Yoga-Alphabet, in dem du Erklärungen für die Ausrichtung von 108 Yoga-Asanas findest.

Wöchentliche neue Meditationen.
Wöchentlicher Bericht aus der Yogaphilosophie.

Eine Woche Probezeit.

Du findest in normalen Online-Portalen für Yoga viel mehr Videos von unterschidlichen Lehrer.
